Vermouth Cocktails - Easy PINEAPPLE SPRITZ Recipe. In this video, I have a Tasty Martini Extra Dry Cocktail recipe. It’s so easy you can make it at home, or your pub or bar. Martini is a brand of Vermouth, and vermouth is an aromatised wine. This Martini cocktail recipe is a simple spritz variation, using Pineapple and a dash of bitters. Other Vermouths you could use are Lillet. Noilly Prat, Cinzano or Dolin. All taste slightly different but make cracking vermouth cocktail recipes.
