An Exquisite Cocktail using Monin Rose Syrup
This Strawberry and Rose Gin Sour Cocktail is so tasty. Delicate and floral. I'm not normally one for Gin Cocktails, but this is STUNNING. The Gin I've used is Bullard Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin, Bullards being a Gin from Norwich, here in East Anglia. And it's actually flavoured with Real Life Strawberries. Not a flavour compound.
Now for the Monin Rose Syrup. This is a delightful flavour. I already have a Rose Liqueur behind the Bar in the form of Lanique. And I do really like that too. But I feel the Monin Syrup offers something else. It's slightly more vibrant in flavour and really packs a punch, even in 15ml doses!
As always for me, I like to be vegan friendly as much as I can, so when it comes to a Sour, I always use Foamer replacements. And these ODK Stillabunt foamers always do the Job.
