Rum Cocktails with Pineapple

Easy Rum Cocktails you can make at home

For this Easy Rum Cocktail recipe, I decided to work with Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum. Plantation are one of my favourite rum brands and this Pineapple rum is simply delicious. Now some of the flavours that I personally love with Pineapple Rum is Mango and Grapefruit, so I have combined the Pineapple Rum with Monin Mango Syrup and London Essence Grapefruit Soda.

Recipe;

• 45ml Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum

• 10ml Monin Mango Syrup

• (or you could you Monin Spicy Mango Syrup)

• Lime Juice to taste

• 100ml London Essence Pink Grapefruit Soda

Garnish; Dried Pineapple

Glass; Rossetti Hiball Glass

Add the ingredients to a Hiball Glass with Ice. Stir and Serve.
