I'm still rocking out the crazy Espresso Martini recipes, and this one is no different. Toffee Apple isn't the automatic thought you have when playing about with Coffee Cocktails. Even Apple, why would you ever put Apple together with a Coffee Cocktail. But I'm so impressed with this Coffee Cocktail Recipe. The Toffee flavour comes from JJ Whitley Toffee Vodka Liqueur then the Apple comes from Giffard Sour Apple Liqueur. But I have also added a tiny amount of Saline Solution just to reign back the sweetness!

30ml Espresso
2.5ml Saline Solution (1 part Salt to 4 parts Water)
