Lychee Cocktails Recipes - a Lychee Martini with Limoncello

In this video I'm exploring Lychee Cocktail recipes with Monin Lychee Syrup. Lychee Cocktails are really lovely and floral and when combined with Limoncello in this case, it makes for an exquisite cocktail! The famous cocktail with Lychee is obviously the Lychee Martini, but I wanted to create something a little different! Let me know what you think! You could also use a Lychee Liqueur in this, like Kwai Feh Lychee or Soho Lychee Liqueur, but I think Monin Lychee is the cheaper easier version.

45ml Bullards Old Tom Gin

22.5ml Limoncello

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Monin Lychee Syrup

Garnish Raspberry Kebab
