Just steep fresh rhubarb in Vodka, or even gin and leave it for a few days to a week. then you can add some sugar to adjust to taste and you're all good to go. Or you can buy a decent brand. There are 3 that really good. Obviously JJ Whitley Rhubarb Vodka. Chase Rhubarb vodka and also Absolut Juice Rhubarb.
