In this Honey Syrup Cocktails Recipes Video, I have a love Mango, Cucumber and Honey Mule Recipe. I am using Monin Honey Syrup, but it's easy to make your own. Cocktails with Honey are some of my favourites. I normally opt for Rum with my Honey Cocktails, but this time I used Gin! You could even make Cocktails with a Honey Liqueur. Example Cazcabel do a Honey Tequila, but it's more of a Honey Liqueur. Jack Daniels also do a Honey Whiskey.
This Cocktail with Honey is amazing. The fresh Cucumber works really well with mango. And the Mango works really well with Honey and Ginger beer. I originally made this Cocktail as a Mocktail for an Event, but in truth, while the Honey Mocktail is delicious, this alcoholic version works so much better in my opinion! Enjoy!!

15ml Monin Honey Syrup
60ml Bullards London Dry Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
30ml Mango Juice
Bitters if you fancy
