Event and Location
Tracy booked me waaay back in 2017 for this special Hen Party. 22 ladies from Clacton, Essex descended upon Great Hallingbury Manor (based right near Stansted Airport) on April 21st 2018. This is a lovely Hotel and despite being only a Stones throw from the Airport, nicely nestled in the tranquil countryside.
The Hotel set the room up perfectly. I didn’t even need my Bar Unit. Instead I used 3 tables at the head of the room and set up 6 individual Cocktail Stations. This way I could get 4 groups of 6 ladies up making cocktails at a time.
The package Tracy booked was my old style Standard Package, but with a Welcome Drink. At the moment, my Welcome drink of choice is a lovely Lemon and Strawberry Bellini. Luscious Limoncello, mixed with Lemon juice and Sugar, Shaken and poured over 2 chopped up fresh strawberries, then topped up with a touch of Soda and Icy cold Prosecco. This was an instant Hit and a great way to start proceedings at 4pm in the afternoon!
Cocktails
My old style Standard Package involved 4 Cocktails. So the Cocktails I went with were;
a Mojito
a Porn Star Martini
a Gin based Raspberry & White Chocolate Collins
and the final Cocktail, a Pina Colada with my home made ‘Grog’. Grog is a blend of Rums, Spices, Bitters and Liqueurs...I bloomin love my Recipe.
The Hens
Tracy and the Girls were great fun. Loads of Laughs and Plenty of Banter. Some of the Shakeface Videos were amazing! And even though this was an afternoon session, I was in no hurry to get away. They were having great fun, so it was gone 9pm by the time I got away!

My Cocktail Making Classes can be for as few as 6 people and as many as 40 people. Although I have to say anywhere between 14-22 people is the absolute sweet spot. I can come to your House, or a a Venue that you've hired for the Weekend. We it comes to Hen Weekends, they can be the feature of the Saturday Night, or they can be equally as amazing on the Friday Night and kicking the weekend of with a Bang!
