In this Easy Vodka Cocktails Recipes video, I'm again using JJ Whitleys Vanilla Vodka to create this tasty and easy vodka cocktails recipes at home. JJ Whitley Vanilla Vodka is amazingly good. Super vibrant in taste, decent ABV at 38% and with a long after taste. For me, it's better than Absolut Vanilla Vodka, but then I do love the whole JJ Whitley Range.
For this Vodka Cocktail, I wanted to revisit one of my easy goto Party cocktails, A Vanilla & Pineapple Mojito. It's obviously traditionally a Rum Cocktail, but the Vanilla Vodka works so well. In fact, I might even go so far as to say, it's actually even better as a Vanilla Vodka Cocktail. But the thing that tips the Vodka Cocktail over the top, is the Pineapple. As I say in the Video, a Vanilla and Pineapple Mojito is just stunning. I really hope you enjoy this recipe.
