A DELICIOUS PINA COLADA DAIQUIRI riff!


Coconut Rum Cocktails can be so much fun. And one of the most popular Coconut Rum Cocktails is obviously the Pina Colada. So I thought to have some fun, lets turn the Pina Colada, into a less creamy, less rich, Daiquiri!


I'm keeping to the whole Coconut and Pineapple Recipe theme. But making it Daiquiri style with fresh lime juice and some Orgeat syrup. I'm using Dead Mans Fingers Coconut Rum and Giffard Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur.
