ABOUT THE GIN
Boë Passion Fruit Gin is a Passion Fruit flavoured Gin which uses the Boë Classic Gin as its base, then infused with fresh Passion Fruit flavour to create a deep and vibrant flavoured Gin. Boë comes out of the Throsk, near Stirling in Scotland and is distilled with 13 Botanicals then infused with a lovely Passion Fruit Flavour. The Distillery is an old Navy Weapons Store and they originally launched in 2016, with this Passion Fruit Gin coming to market in 2019. Their most popular Gin to date is their Violet Gin. Not to be confused with a Parma Violet Gin Liqueur which can be sickly sweet.

AROMA & TASTE
The Gin itself is a really fruity Gin. Upfront I don’t get any Juniper on the nose, just vibrant Passion Fruit. However upon tasting it is a wonderfully balanced Gin with a mild Juniper and Pepper finish to make sure the Gin is not sickly sweet. You get good hints of orange Peel. I would say its quite a smooth Gin and quite a vicious Gin. Not thick as in like a Liqueur, but it does cling tot the glass.
