Whether you’re a seasoned bartender or a home mixologist, these recipes are sure to inspire your creativity behind the bar. Let’s dive in and rediscover the joy of making cocktails together!

Tequila Sunrise (Original)

100ml Fresh Orange Juice

20ml Grenadine

Orange to Garnish

Hibiscus Sunrise

15ml Lime Juice

10ml Agave Syrup

100ml Blood Orange Juice

22.5ml Spiced Hibiscus Liqueur

Mango Spice Sunrise

15ml Hot Honey Syrup

22.5ml Lime Juice

100ml Mango Juice

10ml Grenadine

Bitter Berry Sunrise

100ml Pineapple Juice

10ml Lime Juice

15ml Chambord

Hot Honey Syrup;

This is basically 2 parts Honey to 1 part water to make it more Runny. Use can use any quality Honey here, but obviously, the better the Honey, the better the syrup. Then I just add some Chilli Bitters or a Chilli Syrup to make it Hot. Current syrup is the 1883 Spicy Cayenne Syrup

Spiced Hibiscus Liqueur

I make an Hibiscus Syrup by infusing Frona Hibiscus Flowers in simmering Water to extract flavour and Colour, then add my favourite Caribbean Spices like Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg and Vanilla.

I'm proud to have built up friendships and working relationships with all these brands. I don't accept money for one off paid promotions. Instead, my philosophy is that I only use Products & Brands in my content, that I would happily use if I was running a Bar. From there, I then build working relationships with the brands to help them educate and showcase their products to potential customers.
