How to make the MIDORI June Bug and 3 new ways to serve it

Back in the early 2000s, the Junebug cocktail was shifting quicker than around the Jager bombs on a lads night out. However, its popularity has decreased over the last decade.

In this video, I draw on my 30 years of bar and cocktail experience to show you how to make the original Junebug and explore three exciting new riffs to revive it in 2025 and beyond. From the classic combination of Midori, banana liqueur, and coconut rum to innovative twists that balance flavours beautifully, there's something for everyone. Whether you're a fan of sweet cocktails or looking for a more balanced drink, these recipes will inspire you to experiment and enjoy the Junebug once again.
