Buy RedLeg Spiced Rum
Red Leg Spiced Rum was originally released back in 2012, but this Caramelised Pineapple extension was launched in July 2019.
But, what does RedLeg Spiced Rum taste like?
The original Rum is a Ginger and Vanilla spiced Rum. So a bit Drier than your Captain Morgan’s and Sailor Jerry’s for example. And with the addition of a Caramelised Pineapple Flavour, this turns into a very fun and vibrant and very drinkable Rum.
How can you Drink RedLeg Pineapple Rum?
Well, the obvious Simple serves;
Your favourite Cola.
I'm currently on Lamb & Watt Spiced Cola, Fever Tree Madagascan and Coca-Cola Coke Zero. But have you checked out the new Coca-Cola Signature Serves. The Woody and the Smoky work well with this Rum; https://www.stevethebarman.com/post/coca-cola-signature-mixers-review
You've also got Lemonade, Schweppes 1783 Muscovado Dark Spirit Mixer and Ting, which makes a very naughty Lilt Drink! ;-)
Cocktail wise, though, and you've got some banging recipes!
PINEAPPLE MULE (PINEAPPLE STORMY)
- 3 Lime Wedges
- 1-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 50ml RedLeg Pineapple Spiced Rum (https://stblive.uk/2L6SoM9)
- 150ml Fever Tree Ginger Beer
(I prefer Fever Tree to Old Jamaica in this, as the Rum is slightly sweeter)
