The Lychee Martini is one of those Cocktails that was pretty big back in the 2000s, especially through to 2010-2012, then it just slowly died off. Some Bars opted for the Classic Vodka Martini serve, as in Vodka, Vermouth and splash of Lychee Syrup from a Tin of Lychees. Other Bars had their own Lychee Cocktail Recipe using Juice... and even Gin. But this has been my 'Go To' Lychee Martini Recipe for a long time, except just recently swapping out a Rose Syrup with Lanique Rose Petal Liqueur and adding a touch of Sugar. I flippin' Love it. I think, once you try it, you'll be converted. It's Proper EPIC!!

LYCHEE MARTINI Ingredients;

- 25ml Vodka - 20ml Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur (https://stblive.uk/kwaifeh) - 10ml Lanique Rose Liqueur (https://stblive.uk/lanique) - 15ml Lemon Juice - 10ml Sugar

HOW TO MAKE MY LYCHEE MARTINI;

Add all the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker, then Shake and Strain into a Chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a Lychee Kebab if you can get Lychee tin. If not, then a Lime will do. Or even a Dehydrated Orange

I'm proud to have built up friendships and working relationships with all these brands. I don't accept money for one off paid promotions. Instead, my philosophy is that I only use Products & Brands in my content, that I would happily use if I was running a Bar. From there, I then build working relationships with the brands to help them educate and showcase their products to potential customers.
