Cocktails with Apricot - Honey Whiskey, Amaretto & Apricot Sour

In this video, I have an awesome Cocktails with Apricot. The Apricot I'm using is Monin's Apricot Syrup. But Drinkstuff also sells Funkin Apricot Puree. OR, of course, you could use Apricot Jam or Apricot Brandy. they'll all work. For this Apricot Cocktail recipe, I decided to play with the Whiskey Sour and Amaretto Sour. The final Result, obviously and Apricot Sour is mind-blowingly good! Possibly my favourite Apricot Cocktail of all time.


This Apricot Sour Cocktail recipe is open to interpretation, like most of my recipes. I've used Honey Whiskey, Jack Daniels Honey to be precise, but you could of course use any whiskey. And for the Amaretto, for most of you, Disaronno would be the shout, but this Amaretto from Toschi is lovely too. If you decide to use Apricot Brandy, just be aware you may need to add in some Sugar, as obviously, the Monin Apricot is a Sugar Syrup. Enjoy!!

15ml Monin Apricot Syrup

30ml Lemon Juice
