WHY I USE REÀL PUREE
I've used REÀL for many years, because I believe they are the best tasting Syrup/Puree on the market. But don't just take my word for it. Grab a bottle of your favourite flavour for yourself and take a blind taste challenge against your existing brand.
REÀL features;
👉️ Smaller 500ml Bottles meaning less "risk" of half used bottles. 500ml typically means 25 serves.
👉️ 40% of the bottle is 100% fresh fruit puree, then it's blended with sugar, making REÀL the highest actual Fruit Puree content of all the syrup brands. BUT crucially, they're not "Syrup Sweet".
*some flavours are slightly less, or a juice, simply because if you puree a Lychee or a Cherry, you're only going to end up with Juice!
👉️ They're ready to go. Just squeeze and serve.
👉️ Long Life and Shelf Stable before opening. Typically 18 months from production.
👉️ They're shelf stable after opening. (But keeping them in the fridge does prolong shelf life to 3-4 months). Is the product going to go off after 6-8 months... well no, but like EVERY Syrup brand on the market, none of them guarantee the same fresh taste at opening, after 30-90 days.
👉️ Because REÀL work directly with farmers and growers, they get first pick on the fruit, so are sourcing the best of the best fruit, making their syrups taste, well in my opinion, the best out there.

WHY I USE FINEST CALL
Finest Call are the sister brand to REÀL which means they use the exact same fruit. MANY Bartenders hate on Finest Call because they don't understand the DNA of the ingredients. For them, they take one look at the bottle and automatically think "cheap & nasty".
Lets take the Lemon & Lime Juice...
The contents of the bottles are the freshest and best citrus fruit on the market. Juiced and squeezed within hours of harvesting. Each bottle contains 99.9% Lemon or Lime, then the tiny 0.1% is the exact same antioxidant that is in 99% of worlds wine, which along with their pasteurisation techniques, keeps it long life and shelf stable! They are NOT Concentrates, nor are they topped up with Chemicals & Acids. They are PERFECT for Industry and Home Use.
Syrup Wise...
Well to most people, Sugar is Sugar. It's hard to get geeky over that. But what I will say, personally is that the Orgeat is one of the finest I've tasted. with a hint of Rose. The Grenadine is delicious and the Triple Sec is super vibrant in Orange. Oh, and the Jalapeño is 🔥🔥
As for the Purees...
Well look, I don't use the Purees, simply because I use REÀL. The only difference between the 2 products is that the Finest Call contains slightly less of the exact same Fruit as REÀL. Finest Call is great for High Volume Bars and Home Use. The amount of Fruit is still higher than most other Syrup Brands, but the lower volume makes it quicker to use. Take the Peach Puree...add some to a Champagne Glass and top wup with Bubbly, with a quick stir its ready to drink!

Why Dropworks?
I absolutely love to support Local and I love backing people with a big dream. But first and foremost, the product HAS to taste great.
Dropworks tick every box. They've now picked up many awards and they're only 3 years in! Already boasting Europe's largest Rum Distillery, and the only Double Retort Still in the England. They are pushing the boundaries daily and even producing rare and limited releases 2-3 times a year.
I'm proud to be associated with Dropworks. I was at their distillery in the first 2-3 days after they started and I can't wait to see how it's shaping up in year 10!

Ron Cubay started off as a "favour". Imported by a good friend of mine, I simply started using it in my Business and on Videos.
However, a few years later, When I started to deep-dive into Rum, I quickly realised that Ron Cubay was actually REALLY BLOODY GOOD!
The more Rums I tasted, the more Cubay stood out.
I've blind tasted it many times, and the Cubay Carta Blanca always comes out tops in a Daiquiri or Mojito.
Then there's the Anejo Suave and the Elixir. The Suave is a unique, ever so slightly sweeter Sherry aged Rum which gives a very different vibe to a Spiced Rum. And the Elixir is a cracking Rum Liqueur with notes of Dried Fruit and Chocolate.
Quite simply, Ron Cubay is my Passion Project and I'd love you to try them.

Mr Daiquiri Rums are my Blended Rums. Admittedly, a little bit more expensive than other brands, but David Cordoba (Mr Daiquiri himself) is a small brand, but the quality of the Rum is fantastic.
Ex Bacardi Global Ambassador, David, actually created the LOVERS as his perfect Daiquiri Rum. It's a blend of Barbados, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama.
The next Release was FORZA, a bolder richer Rum. It's a blend of Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Guatemala and Venezuela.
Then came STELLAR. And WOW what an "unaged" Rum. In my opinion, totally unique, with that Agricole Funk note blended with English & Spanish Rums. It's a blend of Unaged Jamaica and Swaziland (now Eswatini). There's unaged Agricole from La Reunion. Then there's a small amount of Aged Dominican Republic.
Goslings is a unique Rum in my collection. It makes an undeniably fantastic Dark 'n' Stormy, one of the most perfect Rums for Ginger Beer. But there's lot more to it than that.
Goslings is a great Dark Rum that works well in Tiki Cocktails and Punches. It adds that touch of richness and boldness to Cocktails. Take the Hurricane, a blend of Rum, Passion Fruit & Citrus...while it can be made with any Rum, there's something about these kinds of Cocktails made with Dark Rum.
Goslings, Rum aged in Bermuda, is a blend of Pot & Column Still Rums, aged 3-6 years in Re-charred Bourbon Barrels.
My two main pours from Aluna are the Coconut Rum and the Pandan & Pineapple Spiced Rum.
The Aluna Coconut, is Rum from Guatemala which is blended with Toasted Coconut and Coconut Water. It's not as sweet as a typical Coconut Rum. And it's also worth pointing out, this is Rum, not a Liqueur.
The Pandan & Pineapple Spiced Rum is a Caribbean and Sri Lankan Rum blended with Spiced Pineapple, Pandan Leaf, Lemongrass and Galangal.
The Clara White Rum is also unique, combining Trinidad Rum with Mauritius. The citrus notes make it an excellent choice for Daiquiris and Mojitos...but also The Rum & Coke.

Sly Dog, possibly the perfect Spiced Rum. It's got a touch of sweetness, without it being Bumbu or Kraken Sweet. It's got real spices, albeit the Sly Dog boys keep that blend a secret.
Sly Dog is really versatile too...
It's a great neat sipper, it's fantastic with Coke. It's so good with Ginger Beer that the boys have trademarked the Spiced & Stormy. I also love it with a Pineapple Soda.
But for me, it's USP is actually it stands up really well in Cocktails. The Spices shine though in most applications. One of my Favourites is using Sly Dog in a Mai Tai.
MODIFIERS
MY FAVOURITE LIQUEURS AND BITTERS
CHINOLA is a collection of 3 FANTASTIC "Liqueurs". I can not think of anything quite like them on the market.
They blend Dominican Republic Rum with fresh Dominican Republic Fruit. Think...
👉 Passion Fruit
👉 Mango
👉 and the brand new Pineapple!
Now obviously there is alcohol in these, so that is a preservative, however I do keep mine in the fridge once opened to preserve the flavour and prevent oxidisation of the fresh fruit.
They make epic tasting drinks. But maybe not great if you're only going to use a shot or two each week in a Cocktail.
Tempus Fugit' whole mission is to recreate liqueurs from yesteryear.
My story with them is actually quite funny. I was always a Giffard Banana du Bresil fan. In fact I still think it tastes better neat. I just couldn't get my head around Tempus Fugit Banana... UNTIL I did buy a bottle and use it in Cocktails.
That is when Tempus Fugit comes alive. In a Cocktail, the Banana is INCREDIBLE.
So that lead me to buying the Cacao & Vanilla...again WOW.
Then Tempus Fugit sent me the Classico, the Noyaux and the Menthe and I had the same reactions again. Yes they are "thicker" than a typical Giffard. But the way they work in Cocktails is next level. In fact, once you try the Classico, you'll never buy Campari again.
Crossip exist to bring a whole new world to Non-Alcoholic Drinks. And within my own Cocktail Masterclasses, they go down a storm with the Non-Drinkers. Pineapple & Chilli Mojitos are insane.
HOWEVER...
Because the flavours are so flippin' good, they make brilliant modifiers to Rum Cocktails.
Take the Blazing Pineapple. while I describe it as a Pineapple & Chilli Liqueur, its more than that, as it also combines Gooseberry, Citrus, Eucalyptus, Green Tea and Pine.
Then the Hibiscus combines Cranberry, Rhubarb, Ginger, Clove and Cayenne.
There's 4 in the range making the possibilities are endless.

Bitters to a Bartender are like Salt & Pepper to a Chef. They are our seasoning. And Ms Betters does this really well.
A dash of Pineapple & Star Anise, or Banana & Bergamot in a Daiquiri takes an incredible Cocktail and turns it into something out of this world.
Ms Betters is a Collection of 20+ different Bitters that adds completely different dimensions to you favourite Cocktails.
Then there's the Foamers...
While the Daiquiri is not an Egg White Cocktail, I love adding a few drops so you get a lovely frothy layer on top of your Cocktails to make them look visually stunning.
