Cocktails with Monin Blueberry Syrup
I always get asked for Cocktails with Purees and Syrups, so I've started to rock them out on the Drinkstuff Youtube Channel. I've got many, many...MANY...syrups here. You name it, I've got it. Monin Syrups are excellent for Cocktails. Super vibrant in taste and flavour. I've already got a few Videos up on the Channel, so over the next few weeks, I'll steadily get them up here as blogs. But for now, here's the first one.
Blueberry & Vanilla Mojitos are actually very well tried and tested by me. I think the first time I had one on a menu was roughly 2005. I've made them with Vanilla Vodka, but also as in this case, with a nice Vanilla forward Spiced Rum. Namely Dead Mans Fingers Spiced Rum. It's a great Spiced Rum for Cocktails and Mixing.
I've used Monin Syrup here, but you can of course use Fresh Blueberries, or a blueberry Jam... or maybe even a blueberry liqueur.
