The ULTIMATE Grapefruit Hiball

Hiball's are a favourite topic of mine, simply because there are so many ingredients available to us to make very simple 2-4 ingredient drinks! And very rarely do the combinations not work. A few months ago, I mixed Mango with Pink Grapefruit and really liked the Combination. So I tried matching it with some Rums. It didn't take long before I found the perfect Rum, step forward Goldstoine's White Rum.
