Salty in Sussex

Terrible Cocktail name, I know, but I'm open to suggestions. Even Chapt GPT was no help. Anyway, I wanted to create a Tropical Cocktail with a difference. So I combined Salted Caramel with Banana, Pineapple and one of my favourite Rums of the moment. Goldstone Dark Rum. But the crowning glory is the float. Just a small 15ml layer of Angostura Amaro Liqueur sets this Cocktail off a treat.



Recipe;

75ml Pressed Pineapple Juice

4 drops Saline Solution
