I love a Pineapple Daiquiri, and I wanted to use the Cocktail as a more elaborate twist. I've combined Outlier Hurricane Rum which is an ovenproof Unaged Rum from the Isle of Man, with Lazydog Honey Rum Liqueur and a few other tricks!
20ml ODK Pineapple Puree
10ml Monin Sugar Syrup
20ml Supasawa Citrus
30ml Navas Soda Water
20 Drops Ms Betters Grapefruit Bitters
6 Drops Vanilla Extract
3 Drops Saline Solution
