Peach Cocktails Recipe - Peach Syrup & Passion Fruit Collins

In this Peach Cocktails Recipe video, I'm using Monin Peach Syrup Recipe to create this simple riff on a Gin Collins. Cocktails with Peach were a big deal 10 years ago, however, they've kinda gone off the radar of late, so let's start to have some fun again and make some easy cocktails with peach.


Now I have used a Peach Syrup, however, you could use Peach Purée, or you could even use Fresh Peach. I combined that with a decent London Dry Gin, Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur and some Yuzu Tonic water and the end result is a lovely Tropical twist on a Tom Collins.
