Hibiscus Daiquiri

I created my Hibiscus Blend a few weeks ago, and I wanted to make sure I had other Cocktails that you could use it in. I didn't want to create a blend that just sat gathering dust and never got used again. Now, for me, the obvious choice was a daiquiri. I love Hibiscus Daiquiris, and it's a great excuse to crack out a funkier Rum. Don't get me wrong, of course Hibiscus will go with a traditional White Unaged Rum. But it does mix super well with a Rum with that little bit extra. Step forward Dropworks Clear Drop.



Recipe;

25ml Hibiscus Syrup

4 Drops Saline Solution



My Hibiscus Blend to make 100ml
