Coconut Rum in a Pornstar Martini!

Have I lost the plot...?!


The one Cocktail I'm really well known for is my Pornstar Martini recipe. Slightly different to the original, but it works so so well. What I'm doing at the moment is also trying to come up with some inspiration for you to use up the rest of your ingredients to make the Cocktail. But the other thing I'm doing is playing about with Coconut rums.


So I thought, hang on, what if i combined the 2 things. Would a Coconut Rum work in a Pornstar Martini?


I've just received 4 new Coconut Rums to the Studio, but I haven't had a chance to compare them yet. So i used the first Rum I came to for this recipe, and that was Aluna. it's a subtle Coconut Rum with toasted Coconut. As opposed to being an in your face Rum.
