Jack Daniels Honey and Blue Curacao, it's a weird combo. But it Works!


Revisiting the Blue Curacao I decided to make something a little bit off the wall. Jack Daniels Honey could quite possibly be the weirdest of those combos. Not many people would associate Jack Daniels with being a Disco Beach Cocktail, but the flavour profile means it works a treat.


In this Cocktail, i've paired JD honey, with Apricot Liqueur, Pineapple, Lemon Juice and some Grapefruit bitters to rinse the glass. Then blended it up into a kina of a slushie! It tastes really really good!
