In this video, I have 5 fun & easy Cocktails with Rhubarb Flavoured Vodka. these Cocktails will also work with a plain Vodka and a Rhubarb Liqueur, or even if you fancy using a Rhubarb Gin.

The brand of Vodka that I use in this video is JJ Whitley Neill Rhubarb Vodka. It is my favourite brand of Vodka, simple because it is super vibrant in flavour. Rhubarb forward, luscious and sweet, but with a real vodka kick to it!

The 5 Cocktails that I've created and amazing. You're going to love them. I've got a fun Highball to start. Followed by an awesome Rhubarb & Coconut Mojito which has a little touch of Almond to it.

Then I've got 2 Martinis. The first one is a Berry & Rhubarb Martini using Giffards Tayberry Liqueur. The second Martini is a Rhubarb & Honey which has a lovely twist of Cinnamon & Apple to it.

Then the final Cocktail is a Tequila based Rhubarb Paloma which I've also used a little bit of Funkin Oleo Saccharum which is an Orange Zest Sugar Syrup. This cocktail is a simple Highball, but a really tasty one!
