PORNSTAR MARTINI - How I completely reinvented it

50ml Tequila

15ml Orange Liqueur

25ml Lime

10 Drops Vanilla Extract (Vanilla infused Tequila would be cool too)

20ml Reál Passion Fruit

10 Drops Stillabunt Doc Fire

Garnish; Spicy Rim

Next up is a “Bitter Pornstar Martini,” inspired by the Jungle Bird cocktail. This version incorporates vodka, a local bitter liqueur, lime juice, passion fruit puree, and vanilla extract. The bitterness from the liqueur adds a unique twist, making it less sweet but still fruity and refreshing.

30ml Vault Vodka

15ml Vault Bitter

25ml Lime Juice

10 drops Vanilla Extract

20ml Reál Passion Fruit

Garnish; Yellow Passion Fruit

The final twist is the “Dragon Star Martini,” featuring dragon fruit juice. This cocktail includes vodka, lime juice, passion fruit puree, dragon fruit juice, and Tonka bean bitters. The dragon fruit adds a tropical flair, while the Tonka bean bitters provide a subtle spice.

50ml Vodka

25ml Lime Juice

15ml Reál Passion Fruit

10 drops Vanilla Extract

50ml Pago Dragon Fruit Juice

10 drops Stillabunt Tonka Bean (Nutty sweet vanillary - Just for me!)
