How to make a Dark & Stormy

In this video, you'll learn how to make a Dark and Stormy, which is one of the all-time classic Rum Cocktails. It's very simple and requires no shaking; it's just a build in the Glass Cocktail.


The Dark 'n' Stormy is a Trademarked Cocktail owned by Goslings. Now Goslings is a great Rum. Of course, it is. But you can replicate this Cocktail with many other Dark Rums. just replace the 'n' in the Dark 'n' Stormy with "and", or come up with a completely different name!



Dark & Stormy Cocktail Recipe

50ml Dark Rum (I've used Myers Rum in the Video, but I'd also recommend Worthy Park 109)

2 Lime Wedges

200ml Ginger Beer (this is the Navas Ginger Beer with apple I use in the Video)


Add all the ingredients to your favourite Hiball Glass with plenty of ice. Stir and Serve.
